Starting and Maintaining a Taxi Company in New York City
Nineteen years after coming to New York City after college with only $75 in my pocket I had 51 Taxi Cabs, one half of 1% of all taxi cabs in New York City. Like the song says, living on an American Express card, which I did for two Months. How could I do such a thing? I drove a taxi and then purchased a taxi while borrowing money however I could.
Famous People Who Crossed My Path
While driving a taxi cab I met many famous people and had interesting conversations with them. With the charity parties I attended and my travels, now up to 154 countries, I have created a very eclectic list of famous people with whom I have had some kind of interaction.
